My name is Laasya Kunam. I am a hard-working senior at Heritage high school and I am a part of the Independent Study and Mentorship Program.  As a student pursuing the medical field and aspiring to become an obstetrician-gynecologist, I am hoping to gain expertise about the career by working alongside a professional, getting first-hand experience in obstetrics and gynecology, and bettering my interview, workplace, and presentation skills. Furthermore, I am a part of the Business Professionals of America, a National Honors Society Member, and the Vice President for Health Occupations Students of America at my school. I look forward to working with a mentor to learn more about obstetrics and gynecology this year!
